French doors open from the reception area for dining in the Sunroom, which overlooks Maple Avenue. The original two-story staircase is highlighted by an elaborate overhead ceiling design created exclusively for the property. Maple Manor's five suites, located on the second floor, are uniquely decorated, reflecting American, French, and Italian themes. All rooms have garden style bathtubs with jacuzzi jets and are surrounded by marble with separate or combination showers. Complimentary WIFI connection, refrigerators, and coffee makers provide you with all the comforts of home. Overnight guests receive complimentary breakfast served in-suite or in the main dining room. A private stone-walled garden, located at the rear of the hotel, boasts three waterfalls, two streams, and landscape lighting. Catering is done on-site by The Old Warsaw restaurant. The prices per person for catering are as follows: Seated dinner / $75-$45, Buffet-style dinner / $45, Heavy Hors D' oeuvres / $35-$25, and Brunch/ $35. Bar service is as follows: Full Bar / $38 per person, Limited Bar / $28 per person, Beer and Wine / $20 per person. Bar service can also be based on consumption. Maple Manor hosts one event at a time, which allows the staff to concentrate specifically on your guests every need. This concept also allows you the opportunity to utilize all areas of the facility. There is a set charge per person for the catering and bar service, which is determined by the menu chosen for the event. An 8.25% sales tax and 20% service charge will then be added to your bill. Food and beverage minimum does apply to all events.
